		<description>I just set up Mint.com to analyze my spending and realized One-click purchasing is terrible for my bottom line! I&#039;ve disabled one-click which has helped a lot. 

Another thing I do is take pictures in stores instead of pulling out the Visa. I do this with housewares and clothes a lot. Started when I bought my first house and realized I couldn&#039;t pay my mortgage if I kept buying every rug and fruit bowl I liked.

They say something like 95% of your desire is just to see it on yourself, so you should try the item on, even if it&#039;s really expensive. I try to do this when I covet things - just try it on, and usually it takes away the desire to have it.</description>
