		<description>Mike, this is a great post, and something that I think people lose sight of all too often.  However, there is a certain level past where you can&#039;t work, for instance, even for short periods of time.  If you work 16-20 hour days for a week on a project, for instance, I can almost guarantee you&#039;re going to not only lose focus, but compromise your health.  

I think there needs to be a &quot;floor&quot;, so to speak.  You have to devote a certain amount of time every day to certain tasks that may &quot;distract&quot; you from your stated purpose, but can actually provide better focus.  I think your chart illustrates that.  There doesn&#039;t appear to be a period where you totally neglect your family for self-development, for example.
