		<description>If you haven&#039;t read it already, you should read &quot;The Brain that Change&#039;s Itself&quot; by Normal Doidge.  Excellent read, eye-opening studies on neuroplasticity!  Excellent blog, BTW.  I&#039;m obsessed with focus, too.  I&#039;m with a small group of people on Facebook testing out a method of building focus and designing the life you want.  I&#039;d love to share our experiences with you as soon as we get enough feedback.</description>
